HRIS Analyst, Full Time - Human Resources

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis, and ensuring HR technology solutions align with district needs. The HRIS Analyst works closely with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve processes, enhance data integrity, and support reporting and compliance efforts.

Administrative Assistants

Athletics Department Administrative Assistant

The High School Athletics Department Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Athletic Director and coaching staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school's athletic programs. This position is responsible for managing scheduling, communication, record-keeping, and compliance-related tasks. The assistant serves as a key liaison between students, parents, coaches, and school administration, ensuring timely dissemination of information, coordination of events, and adherence to school and district policies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Athletic Trainer

Charlotte Public Schools is actively seeking an athletic trainer to join our team! The goal of the athletic trainer is to provide appropriate preventative and post-injury treatment to athletes. Work in a safe manner consistent with safety policies.

J V Girls Basketball Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coach for the Junior Varsity Girls Basketball team. This seasonal position aims to foster a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes, promoting skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching, committed to the growth of young athletes, and capable of instilling a love for the game of basketball.

Head Varsity Football Coach

We need a coach who can lead the football program and teach the basic skills and fundamentals of high school football.  Support the varsity athletes to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of life and competition.  Support and direct the entire program to create excitement for the program and to continue to develop a competitive program.

Assistant Varsity Football Coach

We need an assistant coach who can lead the football program and teach the basic skills and fundamentals of high school football.  Support the varsity athletes to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of life and competition.  Support and direct the entire program to create excitement for the program and to continue to develop a competitive program.

J.V Head Volleyball Coach

We are seeking a coach who can lead the JV Volleyball Team and assist with helping the varsity coach run the program for high school and middle school.  This person needs to be able to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student athlete.  Support the entire program and create excitement for the girl’s program.

Freshman Head Volleyball Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freshman Volleyball Coach for the upcoming seasonal program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball, a commitment to fostering a positive team environment, and the ability to motivate and develop young athletes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to influence the growth and development of student-athletes in a supportive and competitive atmosphere.

J.V Head Football Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead the Junior Varsity (J.V) football team for the upcoming seasonal period. Freshman Head Football Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Freshman Football program for the upcoming season. This seasonal position offers an opportunity to mentor young athletes, develop their skills, and foster a love for the game of football. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of football fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching.

Freshman Assistant Football Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our coaching staff as a Freshman Assistant Football Coach for the upcoming season. This seasonal position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about mentoring young athletes and contributing to their development both on and off the field. The Freshman Assistant Coach will work closely with the head coach and other staff to create a positive and competitive environment for our freshman football team.

High School Cross Country Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to coach our High School Cross Country team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate student-athletes to achieve their personal best while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. This seasonal position requires a commitment to developing athletic skills, promoting teamwork, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students.

Middle School Cross Country Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our athletic department as a Middle School Cross Country Coach for the upcoming seasonal program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for running and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. This position requires effective communication skills, the ability to motivate young athletes, and a strong understanding of cross country running techniques and strategies.

Weymouth Childcare Substitute Teacher
The role of the Childcare Substitute Teacher is to provide additional support in the childcare setting, as well as lunchroom/playground. 

Weymouth Child Care Assistant Teacher Before/After School

We are seeking a Part Time Child Care Assistant Teacher to work before and after school hours at our Weymouth location. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

Student Support Specialist Galewood FT

The Student Support Specialist is to identify and assist students to overcome barriers that interfere with learning through the use of assessment, counseling, consultation, coordination of school and community resources, and program development.  The Student Support Specialist utilizes knowledge of human behavior, social, cultural and community influences to help create a positive learning climate. Provides case management services.

Special Ed Parapro Galewood FT 

The role of the paraprofessional is to provide additional support in the classroom setting, as well as lunchroom/playground. The paraprofessional’s goal is to assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning school environment in which all children can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials. The primary function of this role will be assisting within the special education program.

Special Education Parapro Washington FT

The role of the paraprofessional is to provide additional support in the classroom setting, as well as lunchroom/playground. The paraprofessional’s goal is to assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning school environment in which all children can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials. The primary function of this role will be assisting within the special education program.

Gen Ed/Lunch Paraprofessional, Washington Elementary - Part Time (2 hours/day)

The role of the paraprofessional is to provide additional support in the lunchroom/playground. The paraprofessional's goal is to assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning school environment in which all children can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials. The primary function of this role will be lunchroom and playground supervision.

Teachers

Math Teacher Middle School (grades7-8)

Prepares course objectives and outline for course of study following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school. Uses research based best practices to ensure all students learn.  Specific focus on mathematics instruction at the secondary level. 

Social Studies Teacher Middle School (grades 7-8)

Prepares course objectives and outline for course of study following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school. Uses research based best practices to ensure all students learn.  Specific focus on social studies instruction at the middle school level.    

5th Grade Teacher, CUE (grades 4-6)

Elementary teachers will have responsibilities for 5th grade direct instruction to students.  A wide variety of tasks are performed in the teaching-learning process for students, the primary one being to help students learn the subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible adults.

High School Math Teacher

Prepares course objectives and outline for course of study following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school. Uses research based best practices to ensure all students learn.  Specific focus on mathematics instruction at the secondary level. 

Special Education Teacher, Full Time - Middle School (Grades 7&8)

Our District is seeking a strong teacher leader to assist in fostering student growth in a special education resource room for middle school students identified as eligible for special education services. 

Special Education Teacher, Full Time - Upper Elementary (Grades 4-6)

Our District is seeking a strong teacher leader to assist in fostering student growth in a resource room for upper elementary students identified as eligible for special education services. This position is needed for our 2025-26 school year. 

High School ELA Teacher, Full Time

Assist in developing, facilitating, and conducting learning and awareness opportunities for students. Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, narrative reports, correspondence and evaluation measures to assure all free and appropriate public education (FAPE) requirements are met in a professional and timely manner. Valid Michigan teaching certificate.  BA certification required.  Masters degree in English preferred.  Integrate cutting edge teaching practices to ensure students gain and demonstrate knowledge of the Common Core Curriculum. Able to meet state and federal guidelines to be considered “Highly Qualified”. Knowledge of the requirements of state and federal mandates which directly affect the program and teaching situation. Ability to develop and carry out individual educational plans (academic and behavioral) for students. 

Transportation

School Bus Driver - Permanent Float 6 hours/day
A Permanent Float school bus driver is responsible for safe operation of the school bus according to district policy as well as state and federal regulations.  Additionally, a school bus driver must effectively manage student behavior while the students are on the bus.  This position is guaranteed 6 hours/day with the option of additional hours if available.

Substitute School Bus Driver - Part Time/On-Call
A substitute school bus driver is responsible for safe operation of the school bus according to district policy as well as state and federal regulations.  Additionally, a substitute school bus driver must effectively manage student behavior while the students are on the bus.  This position will not have a regularly assigned route.
