517 Cheer program
4th and 5th Grade Girls
This is a new Competitive Cheer League whose intent is to introduce younger athletes to the sport of Competitive Cheerleading. Uniform will be provided. Practices will take place each Monday & Thursday 6:00-7:30pm in the Charlotte Middle School Cafetorium.

OYR cheerleading
DK - 3rd Grade Cheer $50
For students in grades DK-3rd. Students will enjoy learning cheers and skills, just like the Varsity squad. Practices will be held outdoors on the paved area of the CMS/CUE playground (behind the Aquatic Center). Practices begin the week of August 23. They will be practicing one time per week. The girls will March in the Frontier Days parade and will be allowed to perform at at least one CJO game and 1 half of a JV football game. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, sweatpants and bow!
charlotte competitive cheer league
4th - 6th Grades $75
Participants must either reside in or attend school in Charlotte.
NEW! Competitive cheer league that will prepare our youth for middle school competitive cheer season and allow the kids to make friends throughout the district. Participants will learn a 2 1/2 minute MHSAA style, competition routine consisting of motions, stunts and tumbling skills. This routine is performed twice at each competition and scores are averaged.
Includes: cheer bow, team shirt, fee for 6 competitions, rental of cheer uniforms.
7th and 8th grade cheer
7th and 8th Grades $50
The girls will perform at ½ time or between CJO games. (Dates and Times to be determined) and at least 1 JV Football game. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, sweatpants and bow and will also march in the Frontier Days Parade. Practices will be conducted 2 times per week in the evening outdoors behind Charlotte Middle School.

Participants must reside or attend one of the schools within our school district.
Goal is to teach and encourage good sportsmanship, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game. 4 week league with 8 games played on weekends only and end of season tournament. Begins 2nd week of February and runs through the 1st week of April, Tournament April 9th and or 10th. Practices subject to gym and coach availability

Please be sure to enter/verify your child's correct grade level
Teams will practice 2 times per week and play 8-10 games over the course of the season which is 6 weeks for Middle School aged students and 10 weeks for 3-6th Grade Practice Dates and Times will be established once teams are formed and are subject to Coach Availability
